Job Description / Requirements
Duties include planning, direction, coordination, management and budget of activities related to mining and production of aggregate sources. Manage approx. 90 employees,supervisor and sales staff of 9, 6 drilling operations, 11 crushing/washing operations and ag lime facility. Mangement of prospecting, sales, marketing, community relations, safety, production, equipment, employees, business plan, drilling/blasting and all related operations. MINING ENGINEER preferred.
Home location is Waukesha, WI but service area is Southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. Great company benefits. Exempt position with vehicle provided for company business. Must be computer literate, work well with other operations and departments. Related experience necessary to apply. MINING ENGINEER a plus.
