Can I access resumes with just a job posting?
Yes, you can review matching resumes that we find automatically based on your job description. We search for new matches each day and email you with the how many we found. You then login to your account and review the list -- it's very easy.

If I buy job postings now, do I have to post my jobs right away?
No! When you purchase job postings, you are actually purchasing job posting credits, which you can use within one year of your purchase. The sixty days doesn't start counting down until you actually post your job. If you plan on posting say three jobs over the next year, you can save upfront by selecting the three job posting package.

How do I post a job?
Once registered, click on the "Job Manager" link to go to your job manager; then click the "Post New Job" button. It's easy and takes under 5 minutes. There is only one form to complete, then you preview how your job will look and post. That's it!

How do I post multiple jobs or multiple locations for a job?
Currently, multiple locations are treated as separate jobs. To post multiple jobs, simply repeat the easy 3-step job posting process as many times as you would like. Once you are done with one job posting, simply click on the "Post New Job" button to post another job.

How many words can I write about my job?
As many as you want. There is no limit to how much you can write about your job and your company. Describe away!

How do I edit my job posting?
Click "Job Manager" on the menu bar, then click the "Edit" link next to the job you wish to edit.

How do I see what my job looks like after it's posted?
Click "Job Manager" on the menu bar, then click on the title of the job you wish to view. This will show you exactly what your job posting looks like to job seekers.

How do I know when candidates apply for my job?
You will receive an email whenever job seekers are matched to, or apply to your job posting(s). This email will include either the candidate's full resume or a link to their full resume along with all their contact information.

How do you tell candidates about my job?
Your job appears in thousands of targeted job searches daily AND your job is included in daily email job notices sent to our registered candidates within one-hundred miles of your job location.

After posting my job, how long will it take to be live?
Immediately! Job seekers will immediately see your job posting and receive email notifications of your newly posted job.

Can I keep my contact information private?
Yes, you have the option to hide your contact information on a per job basis. You will still be able to contact candidates or allow only particular candidates to see your contact information.

Can I ask candidates to call or email me?
Yes! With our built-in invitation feature, you can invite a candidate to make contact with you via your preferred contact method (email or phone). Look for the "Invite Candidate to Contact You" button at the top of every resume.
